The restaurant is the strong point of the hotel. The kitchen is tended to directly by the owner, Mario Prioli who, with his seafood specialties, risotto’s and fried fish has created his own recipe for gastronomical excellency. The vast and thought out menu includes a buffet of over 18 hot appetizers and a choice of 3 main courses and 3 second courses with choice of at least one kind of fish. Produce is bought locally with particular attention paid to local farmers and home grown local delicacies.
